立式水力驱动自清洗过滤器-过滤器自清洗完全依靠系统管线内的水压，少需外部动力。过滤精度25--1000微米，单台处理水量可达200吨/小时

过滤器工作原理：
过滤时水从"进水口"(1)进入并经过滤网(2)，污物缓慢积聚，这就是过滤过程。污物在滤网上的积累造成进出水口间存在一个压力差。
当该压差(DP)达到电控单元(3)上设定的值时，系统继续供水的情况下引发一系列动作：排污阀(4)打开，液压 马达驱动室(6)内的压力降低,水经排污管流出来，驱动室(6)内压力的下降在吸嘴(8)上产生一个吸力，水经液压 马达(9)流过驱使吸污管(7)以绕轴旋转，这样使整个滤网的内表面可以被清理干净。
冲洗过程约持续5秒钟，排污阀(4)在冲洗过程结束时关闭，水压的上升使系统***至其初始位置，过滤器为下一个工作过程做好准备。整个清理过程中，滤后清水持续不断地由出水口(12)向后**供应。
