产品二：双转子连续混炼机组
双转子连续混炼机组为双阶结构。主要由双转子连续混炼机(上层)和单螺杆挤出机(下层)组成，混合料经上层的混炼机混炼后，物料已融熔分散混合好，呈条块状，排气后自由掉落到下层的挤出机进料口，进料口有强制喂料装置，物料可以顺利进入单螺杆。单螺杆主要起挤压作用。根据客户的需要再配置：1.配电柜--所有电器均为 产品;个别电器可为客户 的品牌。2.喂料机--喂料机可以只配一台，也可以配两台;可以是单螺杆喂料机，滤波器1L密炼机，也可以是双螺杆喂料机;可以是体积喂料机，也可以是减重喂料机。3.换网装置。4.切粒装置。5.其它辅助设备：如—脱水机或水槽、旋风分离桶或储料桶
第二大类：黑、白、彩色母粒
本厂所产各类黑、白、彩色母粒系用熔融温度较低且与大多数塑料兼容之混合载体，辅以诸多分散助剂，经高强度混炼之颜料混合体，橡胶1L密炼机，该色母粒具有如下特点：分散良好，混合均匀、光泽高、用量少，与大多数塑料兼容，使用时不产生污染，不改变工艺，并能改善无聊流动性(提高产量)和提高产品性能(如光泽度，薄膜开口性，抗紫外线等)，石墨烯1L密炼机，可用于PE、PP、PO、EVA、PVC、PS、HIPS、ABS、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚碳酸酯的各种成型，如：挤塑、注塑、吹塑等。制品如薄膜、线缆、管材、鞋材、电器外壳及其它型材。

1.保证密炼室内混炼物料的环境完全与外界隔绝。并且惰性气体是持续通入，保证了外界气体无法干扰混炼环境。Ensure that the mixing material environment in the mixing room is completely isolated from the outside world. And the inert gas is continuously introduced to ensure that the external gas can not interfere with the mixing environment.
2.整体机箱气氛保护即整台设备放置在填充惰性气体密闭空间内在这个密闭空间上预留惰性气体的进气口、出气口及各种气体传感器的界面，以便检测密闭室内氧气的含量。The whole cabinet atmosphere protection means that the whole equipment is placed in the sealed space filled with inert gas to reserve the inlet and outlet of inert gas and the interface of various gas sensors in order to detect the oxygen content in the sealed room.
