螺杆泵工作原理及故障排除：
一， G型单螺杆泵转子与定子同转,泵无法正常输送泥浆,造成这样的故障可能是固定定子的4颗螺母松弛。
解决方法是将泵排出口的4颗螺母拧紧。这里要注意泵排出口的4颗螺母下两个螺母对面有固定螺母,要先松,后紧。上两螺母对面没有固定螺母,所以可以直接进行松紧。
二， G型单螺杆泵使用时有声响且声响过大,造成原因可能是泵排出介质量不足,造成泵工作时声响过大。
解决方法是可以将排出口的蝶阀关小。这里也要特别注意控制好压力,不要将排出口一次性关闭。如不确定压力,可调节关闭多次蝶阀,勿造成泵超过工作压力。
三， 另外还有另外的问题，紧4颗螺母也无法解决转子与定子同转。造成原因可能是介质中杂质较多,将转子与定子之间缝隙卡死,带动转子与定子同转。
解决方法:可找6根钢筋,将泵体旱死（一边三根）,也就是将定子固定牢固。之后拆解泵体。注意两点1.拆解过程中要注意泵本身可能会有残压,应将法兰略松一点,待压力散尽。 2.对泵进行放液。放液口在泵体中部,变速箱的前段,将放液口“慢”松,注意喷出来的杂质。
四，***后一个问题， G型单螺杆泵使用时有声响,并且声响不大,各别泵在使用过程中,泵出口略有声响属于正常现象。造成原因有以下三点:
1. G型单螺杆泵泵为3级泵,在使用过程中,介质由一个舱室挤压到另一个舱室,压力节节攀高,会略有声响。
2. G型单螺杆泵泵内有空气,随着压力***,会被挤压***,造成声响,一般情况下使用一段时间后声响就会消失。
3. G型单螺杆泵安装不当,将泵安装过高,泵使用过程中造成泵体晃动,使泵有声响。如泵体内有声响,是由于安装过高,泵内介质受挤压状况造成。

Screw pump working principle and troubleshooting:
First, the G-type single-screw pump rotor rotates with the stator, and the pump cannot transport the mud normally. The failure may be that the four nuts of the fixed stator are slack.
The solution is to tighten the 4 nuts of the pump discharge. Here, pay attention to the four nuts of the pump discharge port. There are fixing nuts on the opposite sides of the two nuts. It must be loose first and then tight. There is no fixing nut on the opposite side of the upper two nuts, so it can be tightened directly.
Second, the G-type single-screw pump has an audible sound and the sound is too loud. The cause may be that the pump discharge medium is insufficient, causing the sound to be too loud when the pump is working.
The solution is to close the butterfly valve of the discharge port. Special attention should also be paid here to controlling the pressure. Do not close the discharge port at one time. If the pressure is uncertain, the butterfly valve can be closed multiple times without causing the pump to exceed the working pressure.
Third, there is another problem. The four nuts can not solve the same rotation of the rotor and the stator. The cause may be that there are many impurities in the medium, and the gap between the rotor and the stator is stuck, and the rotor and the stator are rotated together.
Solution: You can find 6 steel bars and dry the pump body (three on one side), that is, fix the stator firmly. Then disassemble the pump body. Pay attention to two points. 1. During the disassembly process, pay attention to the residual pressure of the pump itself. The flange should be slightly loosened until the pressure is exhausted. 2. Discharge the pump. The liquid discharge port is in the middle of the pump body, and the front part of the gearbox is “slow” loose, paying attention to the impurities emitted.
Fourth, the last problem, the G-type single-screw pump has sound when it is used, and the sound is not loud. It is normal for the pump outlet to sound slightly during the use of the pump. There are three reas*** for this:
1. The G-type single-screw pump is a 3-stage pump. During use, the medium is squeezed from one compartment to the other, and the pressure is ramped up and will sound slightly.
2. There is air in the G-type single-screw pump. As the pressure increases, it will be crushed and ruptured, causing sound. Under normal circumstances, the sound will disappear after a period of use.
3. The G-type single-screw pump is improperly installed, the pump is installed too high, and the pump body is shaken during the use of the pump, so that the pump sounds. If there is sound in the pump body, it is caused by the installation being too high and the medium inside the pump is squeezed.
