TPEE/45D杜邦 --TPEE is a kind of block copolymer containing aromatic polyester segment (crystalline phase) and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segment (continuous phase), also known as polyester rubber. TPEE is a linear block copolymer whose strength is produced in the polyester block, or hard block, of crystalline phase and dispersed in the amorphous soft block as continuous phase. The continuous phase is composed of soft segments and other polyester blocks which are not crystallized. The whole elastomer is composed of a continuous amorphous network and a part of continuous crystalline network. When the elastomer undergoes an external force, the stress is first tran***itted to the crystalline phase through the connecting molecules. When the microcrystalline is oriented by the force, the stress is tran***itted to the network structure of the copolymer, and the final elastic region bears all the stress, and the copolymer produces elastic strain just like the crosslinked elastomer. TPEE has outstanding high and low temperature properties, good heat resistance, no weight loss after continuous heating at 110-140 ℃ for 10 hours, good low temperature flexibility and high low temperature impact strength. Under the condition of low strain, TPEE has higher modulus of elasticity than other thermoplastic elastomers with the same hardness, and has excellent fatigue resistance; compression modulus and tensile modulus of elasticity are much higher than TPU. Above room temperature, TPEE has higher modulus of elasticity in bending, but not as hard as TPU at low temperature; acid and alkali resistance is better than TPV (TPO); in terms of elasticity, TPEE has about 20% higher elasticity than TPU. But the biggest problem of TPEE is the lack of softness, poor hot water resistance and high price. TPEE is widely used in automobile field because of its excellent comprehensive performance. TPEE是美国杜邦Dupont早在1962年就在实验室中被开发出来,1972年开始商品化,1984年在欧洲大量的生产 。Hyt rel 作为杜邦公司热塑性聚酯弹性体TPEE品牌一直沿用至今,稳定的生产工艺保证了其产品出色的性能,在聚酯弹性体TPEE产品中享有盛誉。上海和氏璧化工有限公司(NCM Her sbit Chemical) 作为杜邦公司信赖的合作伙伴,通过了杜邦公司严格的认证,拥有着Hyt rel 产品中国区指定经销权,帮助杜邦公司将Hyt rel 产品推广到各种行业,配合工程师无穷无尽的创意,给予用户极大的动力,开发出节省成本、改进性能、减少重量的创新型业务的组件和产品。大约有35%用于工业橡胶制品，例如胶管、胶带；20%为汽车配件方面；其余为家电使用，如消音齿轮、电话编码器卡等。缺点是硬度大，不易制出柔软的制品，同时耐压缩变形性、耐热水性和耐强酸性都较差。此外，质量的均一性和价格也都是问题，故而多年来一直在对其进行改进。美General Electric(Valox)、荷兰Akzo Chem.(Arnite1)、日本东洋纺(Pelprene)等***的大化工公司都已涉足TPEE 开发并开始实现商业化生产。新改进的TPEE 有，以聚己内酯为软链段的聚酯—醚共聚物，可以提高其耐水解性、耐寒性，进一步改进耐热、耐天候性和机械强度。还有与PA、PC 类共混的聚合物合金、超耐热的TPEE 和耐天候的TPEE 等，主要用于汽车的外板以及外装部件。
