概  要  GENERAL DESCRIPTION     

    202型预榨机是一种连续螺旋榨油机，适用于植物油厂预榨—浸出或两次压榨工艺，处理花生仁、棉籽仁、菜籽和油葵仁等含油较多的油料。

    Pre-press Expeller Model 2O2, a screw press for continuous production, is suitable either for production procedure of “pre-pressing — sovent extracting” or tandem pressing and for processing materials of high oil content, such as peanuts, cott***eed, rapeseed, sunflower-seed and etc.

特  点  FEATURES   

    202型预榨机具有适合预榨的工艺特性，它有以下特点：

    1、处理量较大，车间面积、动力消耗、操作、管理和***工作相应减少。

    2、榨出饼的结构松而不粉粹，有利于溶剂渗透。

      3、榨出饼的含油率和水份适合于溶剂浸出。

      4、榨出油的质量较一次压榨或一次浸出的油质好。

    1．High capacity, less installation space, little power c***umption and simple control & maintenance.

    2．Pre-pressed cake, being loose but not crushed, is helpful to sovent penetration.

    3．The percentage of oil and water content in cake are suitable for sovent extraction.

    4．The pre-pressed oil is of higher quality than that obtained by single pressing or single sovent extraction.
