进口印度白虾所需要注意的相关事项
一、海关依法对进出口水产品进行检验检疫、监督抽查，对进出口水产品生产加工企业（以下简称生产企业）根据监管需要和***相关规定实施***管理及分类管理制度。进口水产品应当符合中国***、行***规、食品安全***标准要求，以及中国与输出***或者地区签订的相关协议、议定书、备忘录等规定的检验检疫要求和贸易合同注明的检疫要求。海关对进口水产品收货人实施备案管理。已经实施备案管理的收货人，方可办理水产品进口手续。
二、 进口水产品经检验检疫合格的，由进口口岸海关签发《入境货物检验检疫证明》，准予生产、加工、销售、使用。《入境货物检验检疫证明》应当注明进口水产品的集装箱号、生产批次号、生产厂家及唛头等追溯信息。
If the imported aquatic products pass the inspection and quarantine, the customs of the import port shall issue the certificate of inspection and quarantine of entry goods, and permit the production, processing, sale and use of the products. The entry goods inspection and quarantine certificate shall indicate the container number, production batch number, manufacturer and shipping mark of the imported aquatic products.
三、中英文标签：外包装上必须要贴上符合中国国标的中英文标签，以便商检。标签上必须显示：品名、原产国、捕捞海域(或养殖***后阶段的***或地区)、生产工厂名称及注册号、重量、捕捞日期、保存温度、保存期限等，以上所有的项目需中英文都有。
Labels in English and Chinese: the outer packing must be labeled in English and Chinese in accordance with the national standard of China for inspection. The label must show: name of the product, country of origin, fishing area (or the country or region in the last stage of breeding), name and registration number of the production plant, weight, fishing date, storage temperature, storage period, etc. All items above should be in both Chinese and English.
