一、水产品纳入《进口食品境外生产企业注册实施目录》，Z大的改变是将检验检疫工作搬到了国门外。各地检验检疫部门依据相关******，对国外G方卫生控制体系和水产品加工企业卫生条件等进行考核和验证，符合我国******要求的***和企业，其产品允许进口到中国，对捕捞加工、储藏运输等生产过程不规范、卫生控制体系失效的***和企业，产品将被拒绝入境。

二、进口水产品包装基本要求，进口水产品应当有完好且不易破损的外包装及全新***无害的内外包装，为保障消费者的知情权，内外包装上还应当有牢固、清晰、易辨的中英文标识，标明以下内容。
1、水产品的商品名和学名、规格、生产日期、批号和保存条件；
2、生产方式，包括海水捕捞、淡水捕捞、养殖。

3、生产地区，包括海洋捕捞者的捕捞海域淡水捕捞者的来源***或者地区养殖产品的Z后养殖阶段所在***或者地区。
4、生产加工企业（捕捞船）名称及编号。
5、须标注目的地为中华人民共H国。
6、进口预包装水产品的中文标签应当符合我国进口预包装食品标签要求。
