1、进口肉类报关收货人备案，有进出口权同时营业执照经营范围应包含食品或农产品的进口、生产、经销或代理等内容。
2、自动进口许可证，申请前要先到土畜商会入会，做畜肉产品进口企业大宗进口备案,获准备案后取得电子钥匙和大宗农产品进口报告企业备案号。申请许可证时要向商务***会提供备案号。
3、进境动植物肉类进口报关许可证，去口岸的出入境肉类进口报关局申请，前提得是获得认定资格的进境肉类产品进口单位名单中的企业。
