1.国外供应商需在国内备案
首先确定所进口肉内是否在国内允许进口目录内。中国国出入境检验检疫相继公布了《符合评估审查要求的***或地区输华肉类产品名单》，里面详细说明了输出国/地区、产品种类、用途及暂停企业备案号。所进口的肉类是否能进口，企业是否在华备案。

国内企业提前向商检部门做进口肉类备案，提交营业执照，注册资金500万元以上，具备食品经营资质、卫生许可证、进出口经营权等，若客户满足不了此要求，可借用我司进出口权。
