一、 ZS上应当标明:品名(包括学名)、产地、生产模式、编号、加工方式、生产加工企业名称及注册号、出证部门;注明运输工具(船名、航班号、集装箱号等)、封识号、发货人、收货人、数/重量、生产日期。
二、 检验检疫ZS不得涂改,须有GF及GF检验检疫人员签名,目的地须为中华人民。
三、 每一批肉类产品须有一份检验检疫ZS正本。ZS用语必须为中文、英文对照,或中文、英文及其他外文对照。
1、 ZS shall indicate: product name (including scientific name), place of origin, production mode, number, processing method, name and registration number of production and processing enterprise, issuing department; indicate means of transport (ship name, flight number, container number, etc.), seal number, c***ignor, c***ignee, quantity / weight and production date.
2、 ZS for inspection and quarantine shall not be altered. It shall be signed by GF and GF inspection and quarantine personnel. The destination shall be the people of China.
3、 One original ZS for inspection and quarantine shall be provided for each batch of meat products. ZS language must be Chinese, English or Chinese, English and other foreign languages.
