一般贸易方式
一.出口货件价值若在RMB 5000以下，则可以按照中国海关C类申报，货样广告品、数量合理不涉及出口监管条件。出口相关货件需要提供正常的运单、***、装箱单等。
二.出口货件价值若在RMB 5000以上，属正式报关货物（D类），则需提供***出口报关单据。若属于***器械范畴，生产企业为出口方，则需要***器械生产许可证、出口产品的***器械注册证及产品合格证；若贸易公司为出口方，则需提供经营单位在市级***食药监部门的备案证明、供货者的***器械注册证及合格证明等，及其他海关所要求提供的资料。
