1、准备：冷冻鸡爪进口以整柜为主，运输方式走海运冷冻柜运输。
2、海运：冷冻鸡爪海运出口报关完毕，海运到国内港口。
3、清关提货：冷冻鸡爪海运到港口后，当天就可以完成换单、清关、拖柜、冷冻柜充电等的工作。
4、安排港口到大陆的冷冻鸡爪进口报关工作：冷冻鸡爪从港口拖柜到指定保税仓后，在海关人员的监督下拆柜。并按中国的要求对冷冻鸡爪进行重新包装。
5、缴税：审价缴税，完税后放行。
