一、冻鸡爪等肉类产品需从“允许进口肉类产品的***或地区以及相应的品种和用途名单”的***和企业进口，且不能属于“禁止从动物疫病流行***/地区
二、如是允许进口肉类产品，肉类进口前需要***及***：

(一)《食品流通许可证》，
(二) 肉类备案需要提供的材料:
（1）大宗农产品进口报告企业备案登记表
（2）对外贸易经营者备案登记表（非外资企业）或中华人民共和国外商***企业批准证书（外资企业）
（3）工商营业执照
（4）食品流通许可证
（5）企业基本情况调查表
(三) 大宗农产品备案成功后，方可办理“自动进口许可证”
