预录入（电子申报）-→收到回执后报检员去现场陪同检验检疫人员进行检验，进行必要解释-→后面可能出现两种情况：1.现场检验合格则-→采样-→实验室检测-→合格后拟证（不合格的，可申请复审，复审不合格，则直接被退回）-→证稿审核-→检务复审---出具卫生证书-→客户提货进入国内市场销售。2.现场检验不合格-→能返工整理的，出具《检验检疫处理通知书》，返工整理后再申请检验；不能返工整理得-→出具不合格证书=被退回。
