1进口公司需到口岸商检局做进口香皂港口信息备案，备案是需要提前让国外做好***书，{国外生产厂家给国内进口商***}，做好***书后需要到东方平台做***，总共需要时间7天，然后带着***证正本去进口港口信息备案，获取备案即可。
2在进口商检局做进口香皂标签备案。
3香皂标签做好后，可安排香皂提前报检
4 出具关单，关报关，出具税单，进口香皂收货人缴纳关税增值，关放行，安排货物进境。
5 货物到达到货口岸后，商检局商检人员会对香皂进行查验和抽样送检，商检查验后过关通道【关如布控，则关需要查验】
6 查验放行后，货物应放到商检局认可的仓库存放，并加贴中文标签，【第二次进口可在国外加贴中文标签】
7 送检结果出来后，合格的签发《检疫检验合格卫生证》，进口商/代理商/经销商/收货人获得合格的《卫生证》后方可销售使用该批香皂。
