目前，常见的***品运输风险因素包括几个方面:
(1)如托运人和货运代理有意或无意地不做***货物申报，利用与普通货物之间的运价差获取不当得利;
(2)托运人和货运代理对***货物无知而导致在申报、包装、装箱等方面的疏忽;
(3)***品装箱不当，致使***货物无法经受海上运输的常规风险;
(4)对《联合国国际海运***货物规则》(国际危规)缺乏了解，托运人或货运代理未对装载***货物的集装箱进行正确和充分的标签、标汜和标示;***品集装箱没有按照《国际危规》的要求进行船舶积载或隔离，或被错误地装载在了船舶不适合的位置上;
(5)有关***品集装箱被装载在厂不具备相应类别***品的船上等。
上述风险中，应该受到谴责的是托运人或托运人的货运代理人故意隐瞒货物的***特性。一旦事故发生，瞒报就在事实上剥夺了承运人正确施救的机会。

Among the above risks, it should be condemned that the shipper or the shipper's freight forwarder deliberately conceals the dangerous characteristics of the goods. Once the accident happens, concealment will in fact deprive the carrier of the opportunity to rescue correctly.
