1货物到达口岸后需按照《出入境检验检疫报检规定》及其他有关规定进行报检,
2受理报检时应要求进口企业提交以下单证:
1.适用该批货物的进境动植物产品检疫许可证;
2.输出或地区***的检疫证书正本;
3.贸易合同、***证、FP、装箱单、提单等;收发货人备案号和截图,燕屋备案号截图
4.其他按照要求应提供的单证,如产地证、卫生证、兽医局卫生证等;口岸检验检疫机构报检报关:
审核以上单证符合要求的,核销检疫许可证,出具通关单。
不符合要求的不予受理报检。经口岸现场检验检疫符合要求的,按规定抽取样品,向货主或其代理人出具《抽/采样凭证》。
样品采集后,要根据许可证要求、我***验检疫有关规定、贸易合同、协议要求、货物原产地、货主申请等,参考输出国的卫生状况,确定实验室检疫和检验项目,填写相关送检单,连同样品分别送至有关实验室进行检验,并按规定留样备查。具测项目根据当时的总局要求和风险预警提示不同而不同。检验检疫不合格的应按要求予以退货或销毁等处理。

After the sample is collected, the laboratory quarantine and inspection items shall be determined according to the requirements of the license, the relevant provisi*** of China's inspection and quarantine, the requirements of the trade contract, the agreement, the origin of the goods, the application of the owner of the goods, etc., with reference to the health status of the exporting country, the relevant inspection forms shall be filled in, and the samples shall be sent to the relevant laboratories for inspection together with the sample classification, and the samples shall be kept for future reference. The unqualified products shall be returned or destroyed as required.
