1.进口冻货的话，首先确定供应商那边是不是有相应的输华资格（进口商需要有相应批文，没有批文需要申请或者我们提供有批文的抬头供国外那边做资料）
2.进口水果，首先确定是否在准入目录内（进口商需要有相应批文）
3.进口预包装食品，首先要做一个标签备案（之前进口过，备案过的不需要再备案），收发货人备案，带******的食品需要有相关批文
4.确定相应关税，***
5.确定相应成本，确定和供应商签订的条款，CIF还是FOB
6.确定进口清关费用——拖车费，码头杂费等费用及船公司费用具体要看口岸及公司，代理费用（包批文和不包批文价格不同）
PS：红酒进口可以不贴标，具体要看口岸
