第二步：标签预审 （确保标签内容没有误导消费者的信息，规避国内销售时被******盯上的风险）
第三步：确认可以提供齐全符合海关商检要求的清关文件(进口前）
第四步： 安排装运（EXW、FOB）
第五步：二程提单补料（货名、毛重、件数、收货人名称）
第六步：货物到港后,提供齐全正确资料，办理商检入境通关单
第七步：办理海关申报、审价、交税、核原产地证、确认是否查验、放行手续
第八步：安排国内运输、送入仓库、抽样送检
第九步：出入境检验检疫局签发检验检疫证明（检验合格即可上市销售，检验不合格则需办理退货或销毁处理）。
