1、与外商签订进口合同；
2、外商准备各种单据（MSDS、装箱单、发.票等）；
3、预付货款，外商发货；或外商先发货，后付款；
4、到港提货，报检，报关，缴纳相关税费，货物放行；
5、如需备案需到港前办理备案手续；（备案时需提供样品检测）
