一、首先是要提供到货通知书、正本提单或电放保函换取单。
- 准备进口报关所需单证:1.必备单证：清单、invoice、合同一式一份、报关、报检委托书各一份。2.从欧盟、美国、韩国、日本进口货物，如是木制包装箱的需提供热处理证书或植物检疫证书，如是非木制的提供无木制包包装。3.税则所规定的各项***(如进口许可证、机电证、重要工业品证书)4.有减免税手册的提供减免税证明手册。
- 进口申报后如海关审价需要，客户需提供相关价格证明。如***证、保单、原厂invoice、招标书等海关所要求的文件。 四、海关打印税单后，客户需在7个工作日缴***费。如超过期限，海关按日计征滞纳金。 五、报关查验放行后，即可提货回家(仓库)。 另: 货物到港后十四日内必需向海关申报。如超过期限海关按日计征滞报金(按货物价值万分之五)超过三个月，海关将作无主货物进行变卖!! 针对于进口海检货物，需要在进境口岸先办理流向报检，取得入境货物调离通知单，待海关放行之后，在属地口岸办理二次报检。 1、进境口岸流向报检 需要准备的文件：海运提单、合同、invoice、装箱单、报检委托书等。 2、属地口岸二次报检 待海关放行之后，需要准备报检资料在属地口岸办理二手报检，并约商检减员进行验货。 二次报检需要准备的文件：入境货物调离通知单(正本)、合同、invoice、装箱单、报关单、报检委托书等。 进口海检货物在海关放行之后，应尽快办理二次报检及商检验货，商检未办理验货放行前，是不得擅自使用及销售。 进口业务流程繁杂，风险较大。如果企业直接进行进口操作，很可能面临诸多资质障碍和***技术障碍，往往造成进口业务的错漏、延误、甚至中断，给企业造成损失。
- 进口清关在单证齐全的情况下， 2个工作日内可以完成。

3、 After the import declaration, if the customs needs to review the price, the customer shall provide relevant price certificates. Such as letter of credit, policy, original invoice, tender and other documents required by the customs. 4、 After the customs prints the tax form, the customer needs to pay the tax within 7 working days. If the time limit is exceeded, the customs will charge overdue fine on a daily basis. 5、 After customs clearance, the goods can be taken home (warehouse). In addition: the goods must be declared to the Customs within 14 days after arrival. If the overdue declaration fee is levied by the Customs on a daily basis (based on the value of the goods) for more than three months, the customs will sell the goods without ownership!! for the imported goods subject to sea inspection, the customs needs to apply for the flow direction inspection at the port of entry first, obtain the notice of transfer out of the imported goods, and then apply for the second inspection at the territorial port after the customs release. 1. Documents to be prepared for inspection application at entry port: Bill of lading, contract, invoice, packing list, inspection authorization, etc. 2. After the second inspection application at the territorial port is released by the customs, it is necessary to prepare the inspection application materials to handle the second-hand inspection application at the territorial port, and appoint the commodity inspection staff to inspect the goods. Documents to be prepared for the secondary inspection application: Notice of transfer of Inbound Goods (original), contract, invoice, packing list, customs declaration, inspection authorization, etc. After the import goods are released by the customs, the second inspection and commodity inspection shall be handled as soon as possible. Before the goods are released by the commodity inspection, they shall not be used and sold without authorization. The import business process is complex and risky.
