一、订舱
在订舱前，需要提前10工作日将以下文件传真到或Mail我司:
1、 海运托书；
2、 ***品包装使用鉴定结果单；出入境货物包装性能检验结果单；
3、 包装***货物技术说明书；
4、 Material Safety Data Sheet（MSDS）
注1：托书上注明中英文品名、化学分子式、箱型、***品级别（CLASS NO.）、联合国***品编码( UN NO.)、货物包装、以及特殊要求，以方便申请舱位和***品申报；
注2：非***品：化工研究院做（货物运输条件鉴定书），确定为非***品。 2、***品：化工研究院做货物运输条件鉴定书，确定其***性；
注3：非***品按照船公司的要求换需提供非危保函；
注4：如果涉及到转运，需要向船公司确认中转港是否有限制。

Note 1: Chinese and English product name, chemical formula, box type, class No., UN No., cargo packaging, and special requirements shall be indicated on the c***ignment to facilitate the application for space and declaration of dangerous goods;
Note 2: non dangerous goods: it is determined to be non dangerous goods by Chemical Research Institute (goods transportation condition appraisal). 2. Dangerous goods: the chemical research institute shall make a certificate of goods transportation conditi*** to determine the risk;
Note 3: non dangerous goods shall be replaced with non dangerous guarantee according to the requirements of the shipping company;
Note 4: if transshipment is involved, it is necessary to confirm with the shipping company whether there are restricti*** on the transshipment port.
