货物运输条件鉴定书：
也叫非危鉴定，这个主要针对一般化工品而言，如果是***品，需要提供给船公司msds，船公司就会按照你的***品种类来确定海运费及配载，如果是一般化工品，船公司还需要你出非***品保函，但是现在越来越多的船公司需要你出具《货物运输条件鉴定书》正本，审核后确认是否接受订舱。
在我国主要是有两个***机构：上海化工研究院和青岛谱尼测试中心。在上海，我们一般都必须以上海化工研究院出的报告为准。
上海化工研究院可做货物运输条件鉴定书、货物***性鉴定书、物质安全技术说明书（MSDS）、货物***性鉴定书（按GHS分类）等。
正常客户出一般化工品，就要跟他们交流是否有上海化工研究院出具的非危鉴定证书，即货物运输条件鉴定书，同时要注意运输方式，类别有公路、铁路、空运 海运，我们一般涉及的比较多的是空运和海运，因此，如果客户需要空运的话，别忘了只做海运一个项目。如果可以的话，我们也可以给他们代做。或者叫客户自己去做，提供上海化工研究院的网站，在上面***货物运输条件鉴定书，填好资料，敲好章，提供样品，送至研究院做鉴定。另外，现在很多船公司需要提供正本，在给客户做鉴定的同时，也可以要求出两份正本证书，这样一份留我们公司，另外一份留客户，这样便于今后的操作。
