1、首先确定定出口国，不是所有的海产品都可以进口的，只有已输华检验检疫准入资格或已有输华贸易的（地区）的海产品才允许进口；
2、确定水产品养殖，如果是养殖的水产品需要提供进境动物许可证；
3、冷冻仓库的确定，如果冷冻仓库没有在备过案，是不允许存放的
4、冷冻食品进口对于人需要具备相应资质，如没有相应资质，必须以我司作为代理，签订进口代理协议，提单打我司抬头，报关打双抬头，不影响贵司抵扣。

非 洲（14个）：加纳、肯尼亚、马达加斯加、毛里求斯、摩洛哥、莫桑比克、南非、乌干达、毛里塔尼亚、塞内加尔、塞舌尔、坦桑尼亚、埃及、索马里；
