二、收货人备案：1、进口商填写水产收货人备案申请表；2、工商营业执照、组织机构代码、法人***明、对外贸易经营者备案登记表、进出口货物报关登记证、自理报检备案登记表等复印件并校验正本；3、企业质量安全管理制度、日常工作管理制度表、经营范围、存放地点说明等；4、提供两年内曾从事水产进口、加工和销售的相关说明；5、拟定经营进口水产的种类、存放地点、并实记录进口水产品流向，记录保存不得少于2年；
