B、冻牛肉海运出口报关完毕，海运到国内港口
C、上海冷冻牛肉进口清关提货主要是冻牛肉海运到港口后，当天就可以完成换单、清关、拖柜、冻柜充电等的工作
D、安排港口到的冻牛肉进口报关工作，冻牛肉从港口拖柜到保税仓后，在海关人员的下拆柜检查
E、审价缴税，完税后放行
