货物到港后向海关申报海鲜进口报关
1.电子预申报
船靠港前，我司查到仓单信息后（通常情况下提前1-2天可查到）可以提前向海关申报，然后缴税
2.换单
货物到港后我司派人去换单
3.提取货物
换完单缴完口岸杂费后，可以提货
4.查验放行
如查验海关可以直接放行，也可以查验相符后放行。查验不符，依情况可分为、补税、作案件处理三种；
5.查验
（1）检查货物是否与申报一致，货物是否附有中方关注的检疫性***生物，包装是否和申报一致等；如有木制包装，是否有IPPC标示。如木制包装无标示，或标示不清，包装需要做卫生处理。如通过，开据查验放行单；
（2）查验人员会按照相关要求对货物不同的规格按照比例进行抽样检测，并送实验室进行检验检疫。

5. Inspection
(1) Check whether the goods are c***istent with the declaration, whether the goods are attached with quarantine pests of Chinese concern, whether the packaging is c***istent with the declaration, etc.; if there is wooden packaging, whether there is IPPC mark. If the wooden package has no mark or the mark is unclear, the package needs to be sanitized. If it passes, issue the inspection release note
(2) The inspectors will carry out sampling inspection for different specificati*** and proporti*** of the goods according to the relevant requirements, and send them to the laboratory for inspection and quarantine.
