经营单位需要资质：
1、经营食品营业执照
2、食品卫生许可证
进口前需要提供的证明/许可文件
1、生产国原产地证（Certificate of origin)---官 方出具，需要正本
2、生产国卫生证 书(Certificate of sanitary) ---官 方出具，需要正本
3、产品配料表（burden sheet）---厂家出具，需中外文对照
4、供货商成分分析 (analysis report)--- 需要原厂商出中英文对照，且有厂商签字盖章
5、装箱单 (weight memo /packing list)---需要原厂商正本原件,且有发货方的盖章及签名.
6、商业货值票 据(commercial invoice)---需要原厂商正本原件,且有发货方的盖章及签名.
7、合同 (purchase contract)---需要双方签字盖章正本
8、提单(Bill of Lading)---船公司出具，正本提单（如做电放另行说明）
9、原标签样张(Original label)（1：1比例，正标、背标各一式三份，另附标签中英文对照表）
Business unit needs qualification:
1. Food business license
2. Food hygiene license
Certification / license documents to be provided before import
1. Certificate of origin - issued by the official, the original is required

3. Burden sheet - issued by the manufacturer, which shall be compared with Chinese and foreign languages
4. Analysis report of supplier - it needs to be signed and sealed by the original manufacturer in both Chinese and English

6. Commercial invoice - the original of the original manufacturer is required, with the seal and signature of the c***ignor
7. Purchase contract - original signed and sealed by both parties
8. Bill of lading - issued by the shipping company, original bill of lading (if telerelease is required, please specify otherwise)
9. Original label (1:1 scale, three copies for front label and back label respectively, with Chinese and English comparison table attached)
