普通冰淇淋进口***简单，只需要办理报关手续，卫生证书，标签注册手续，就可以上销售了。***次办理流程大概需要时间2-3个月左右！特殊营养膳食进口其次。除了普通冰淇淋的手续外，还要对各项特殊成分进行实验鉴定，国外需要对特殊的产地或产品有一个***证明！***次办理时间在3-5个月左右。
