2.换单;接到客户的单据后，要查清该进口货物属于哪家船公司承运、哪家作为船舶代理、在哪儿可以换到供用的提货单。要看提单为何种形式的提单,是正本还是电放,一般为指示提单或记名提单,并在提单上相应的背书，凭背书的提单到相应的船司/船代换取提货单。收到船公司的到货通知时要补充正确的中文报关资料给到船公司(较好就是在收到单证的情况下补充资料,出错率就相对小一些)
3.报检;需要报检委托书，要检查资料是否齐全且准确，木类注意的多的就是植检证和产地证上的资料是否一致,如产地证,植检证错误或者没有可以申请熏蒸，但是要审批，商检计费完成后出到关单。
4.报关;报关资料:提货单,关单, 箱单、invoice、合同、报关委托书等资料，向发送。关审单，报关资料通过后向递单，如果审单中心退单则根据情况重新改过并发送（通常情况为规格、用途之类）。
5.放行;拿放行条去船公司打提柜单,所有的费用必须结清，需要交押金的要交押金，拖车提柜送货。
