2.工商营业执照、***机构代码、法人***明、对外贸易经营者备案登记表、进出口货物报关登记证、自理报检备案登记表等复印件并校验正本；
3.企业质量安全管理制度、进口食品流通许可证、日常工作管理制度表、经营范围 存放地点说明等
4.提供两年内曾从事食品进口、加工和销售的相关说明。
5. 拟定经营进口食品的种类、存放地点、并实记录进口化妆品流向，记录保存期限不得少于2年。
6.收货人必须要有食品经营相关范围;
7.收货人要有食品流通许可证;
