1.需要客户提供的到货通知书、正本提单或电放提单到船公司换单提货清关。
2.确认报关***和资料
1）必备单证：装箱单、***、合同一式一份、报关、报检委托书各一份。
2）如是木制包装箱的需提供熏蒸证书及盖IPPC章已做消***虫的处理
3）有减免税关税的***请提供相关***优惠产地证
3.进口申报后如海关审价需要，客户需提供相关价格证明。如付汇联、***证、原厂***、招标书等文件。
4.海关打印税单后，客户需在7个工作日缴***费。如超过期限，海关按日计征收滞纳金。
5.报关查验放行后，客户需及时到代理公司缴纳报关、报检代垫***费。
注意：货物到港后十四日内必需向海关申报。如超过期限海关按日计征滞报金（按货物价值万分之五）超过三个月，海关将作无主货物进行变卖。

3) For countries with duty reduction or exemption, please provide relevant preferential certificate of origin
3. After the import declaration, the customer shall provide the relevant price certificate if the customs needs to examine the price. Such as payment slip, letter of credit, original factory invoice, bidding document and other documents.
4. After the customs prints the tax receipt, the customer shall pay the tax within 7 working days. If the time limit is exceeded, the customs will charge the overdue fine on a daily basis.
5. After customs clearance and inspection, customers should pay customs declaration and inspection fee to agent company in time.
Note: the goods must be declared to the Customs within 14 days after arrival. If the time limit exceeds three months, the customs will sell off the goods without owner.
