1、标签备案
标签备案需要提供以下资料：
原标签样张各4份及翻译文各1份（盖章）/中文标签样张各4份/经销商营业执照复印件（盖章）/,10--5工作日标签备案（标签备案费用:500元/标签） 西班牙葡萄酒进口报关
2、单据审理
货物到港前提供以下单证正本：
（1）进口***（盖章）
（2）装箱单（盖章）
（3）进口合同（盖章）
（4）国外原产地证（国外***正本）
（5）国外卫生证（国外***正本）
（6）灌装日期证明（供货方盖章，收货人盖章），成分明细证明（供货方盖章，收货人盖章）
（7）中文标签备案表/原标签样张各4份及翻译文各1份（盖章）/中文标签样张各4份/经销商营业执照复印件（盖章）
（8）报关单证：报关/报检委托书（盖章），海运提单正本（盖章），***单复印件，换单保函（电放）
注意：如果包装货物为木质包装必须有“IPPC”标志
1. Label filing
The following information shall be provided for label filing:
4 copies of original label sample sheet and 1 copy of translation document (seal) / 4 copies of Chinese label sample sheet / copy of distributor's business license (seal) /, 10-5 working days label filing (label filing fee: 500 yuan / label) Spanish wine import customs declaration
2. Document review
The following documents shall be provided before the goods arrive at the port:
(1) Import invoice (seal)
(2) Packing list (seal)
(3) Import contract (seal)
(4) Certificate of origin (official foreign original)
(5) Foreign health certificate (official foreign original)
(6) Filling date Certificate (sealed by the supplier and sealed by the receiver), and component details Certificate (sealed by the supplier and sealed by the receiver)
(7) Chinese label filing form / 4 copies of original label sample sheet and 1 copy of translation document (seal) / 4 copies of Chinese label sample sheet / copy of distributor's business license (seal)
(8) Declaration documents: power of attorney for customs declaration / inspection (seal), original of ocean bill of lading (seal), copy of insurance policy, letter of guarantee for replacement (telerelease)
Note: if the packing goods are wooden packing, there must be "IPPC" mark
