1.进口报关
货物到港后我司马上安排到船公司办理换单手续并提前申请报检预审核。换单完毕马上办理报关手续：5-7天内出具进口海关税单交给收货人缴税。
2.海关查验
凭完税税单缴款确认书到海关核实无误后，3--7工作日完成海关查验手续，海关放行。
海关放行后安排运输到指定商检局监管库，申请商检抽验。
3.法定商检
货物入监管仓后安排商检人员到现场抽检（每款拿6瓶），同时办理中文标签备案，14工作日内化验并通知货主是否化验合格（通知是否出卫生证）。
4.费用结算
进口代理公司代客户先垫进口货物产生的报关的报关拖车码头杂费，待进口手续完成后出具费用结算清单向客户实报实销，结算后退回正本单据。

1. Import declaration
After the goods arrive at the port, our company will arrange to go to the shipping company to handle the order change procedures and apply for inspection and pre audit in advance. Customs declaration procedures shall be handled immediately after the replacement of the bill: the import customs tax bill shall be issued within 5-7 days and submitted to the c***ignee for tax payment.
2. Customs inspection
The customs shall complete the customs inspection procedures within 3-7 working days after the confirmation of payment of duty payment receipt is correct, and the customs shall release the goods.
After the customs release, the goods shall be transported to the designated Commodity Inspection Bureau's supervision warehouse and applied for commodity inspection and sampling inspection.
3. Legal inspection
After the goods are put into the supervision warehouse, the commodity inspection personnel shall be arranged to spot check (6 bottles for each item), and the Chinese label shall be put on record. The test shall be carried out within 14 working days and the owner shall be informed whether the test is qualified or not.
4. Cost settlement
The import agent company shall pay the customs declaration and trailer terminal miscellaneous charges for customs declaration of imported goods on behalf of customers. After the import formalities are completed, the import agent shall issue a list of expenses settlement and report the actual expenses to the customer. After settlement, the original documents shall be returned.
