一、冻鸡爪等肉类产品需从“允许进口肉类产品的***或地区以及相应的品种和用途名单”的***和企业进口，且不能属于“禁止从动物疫病流行***/地区
二、如是允许进口肉类产品，肉类进口前需要***及***：
三、以下是办理相关***或备案的事项供参考：
(一)《食品流通许可证》，
(二) 肉类备案需要提供的材料:
（1）大宗农产品进口报告企业备案登记表
（2）对外贸易经营者备案登记表（非外资企业）或中华人民共和国外商***企业批准证书（外资企业）
（3）工商营业执照
（4）食品流通许可证
（5）企业基本情况调查表
(三) 大宗农产品备案成功后，方可办理“自动进口许可证”

(3) Business license
(4) Food circulation license
(5) Enterprise basic information questionnaire
（3） The "automatic import license" can be applied for only after the bulk agricultural products are successfully put on record
