一、二手挖掘机进口前国内进口商需先确定企业自身资质，进口商企业营业执照经营范围项目是否有工程机械或是工程设备及进出口权等（也可用我司***进口）
二、一般贸易进口主要的三个条款：
1、EXW：门到门双清关服务，从国外提货，海运或者是空运，送到国内港口，到客户手上
2、FOB：从国外港口起，客户需要告诉我们是什么港口起运的，安排海运或者空运公司，送到客户手上
3、CIF：货物已经到港：我们帮忙清关报关，然后送至客户手上。
