一、未登记企业信息的进口旧挖掘机企业，申请备案前需***行信息登记，经对申请企业的真实性、有效性进行核准后，方受理企业的备案申请。申请登记的企业需提供以下资料：
1、《进口旧工程机械企业登记表》
2、自理报检单位备案登记证明书（验原件，留复印件，申请人核盖公章)
3、企业法人营业执照(验原件，留复印件，申请人核盖公章)
4、***机构代码证(验原件，留复印件，申请人核盖公章)
5、海关报关注册登记证书(验原件，留复印件，申请人核盖公章)
6、***维修服务机构的营业执照（复印件，申请人核盖公章)
二、企业申请备案须申报进口旧挖掘机的品名、规格型号、产地、具体制造年份、制造商、货值、机身号、发动机号、运行时间等信息（其中机身号、发动机号、运行时间需在《进口旧机电产品清单》的“规格型号”栏中标明），并提供产品整机、铭牌、机身号、照片。受理备案前备案机构对机器机身号进行比对，对机身号重号的，原则上不予受理。
三、对于原由质检总局出具的进口旧挖掘机备案书的延期，参照以上要求执行。
四、企业申请新备案时，需提供其原有备案书的使用量的核销表，供我局核查，对于其实际进口量与备案量比未达到70%，且无正当理由的，不受理其新备案。

5. Customs registration certificate (original, sealed)
6. Business license of after sales maintenance service organization (copy, applicant's seal)
2、 When applying for filing, an enterprise shall declare the product name, specification and model, place of origin, specific year of manufacture, manufacturer, value of goods, fuselage number, engine number, operation time and other information of the imported used exc***ator (the machine body number, engine number and operation time shall be indicated in the "specification and model" column of the list of imported used mechanical and electrical products), and provide the complete product, name plate, body number, etc Photo. Before accepting the record, the filing organization shall compare the machine body number, and shall not accept the machine body number with duplicate number in principle.
3、 For the extension of the record of imported used exc***ators originally issued by AQSIQ, the above requirements shall be followed.
4、 When an enterprise applies for a new record, it shall provide a verification form of the use amount of its original record book for verification by our bureau. If the ratio of the actual import volume to the record volume is less than 70% and there is no legitimate reason, the new record shall not be accepted.
