（1）水洗鸭毛，属于初加工产品。货物进口前，在境外必须经过水洗，干燥，消毒等简单初加工处理。未经加工原产品由于杂物太多，甚至带有动物血迹等，并且异味比较大，这种情况是不允许进口的。
（2）水洗鸭毛，用途主要是填充于羽绒被、羽绒服、抱枕、沙发、睡袋等产品做保暖用。其保暖效果主要体现于产品的含绒量。货物价格主要取决于货物的含绒量，正常情况下含绒量高的其价格相应高一点，所以申报要素中含绒量是比较关键。
（3）申报单证除了常规的合同箱单***以为。关键是需要提供国外原产地证以及检疫证明。原产地证，证明产地以确定该产地区养殖场是否出现有病役情况，如果属于自贸协议***还可以关税优惠。
（4）申报流程:船公司补料—换单—报检—报关—交税---查验—放行。
根据查验情况，可能有要求送样检测水洗鸭毛含水率，含绒量，耗氧量，蓬松度等指标。
（5）目前由于***持续出台鼓励进口的相关优惠政策，进口成本也不断降低。
关税为10%，但是现在暂定税率为2%，而主要来源国泰国、越南都属于东盟国，更是可以享受零关税优惠。
***方面，自2017年从原来13%下调为11%以后。今年5月1日再次下调为10%。

(3) Declaration documents in addition to the conventional contract invoice. The key is to provide foreign certificate of origin and quarantine certificate. Certificate of origin, proving the place of origin to determine whether the farms in the production area h***e disease servitude. If it belongs to the FTA country, tariff preference can also be granted.
(4) Declaration process: Shipping Company replenishment - order replacement - Inspection - customs declaration - tax payment - Inspection - release.
According to the inspection, it may be required to send samples to detect the water content, down content, oxygen c***umption, fluffy degree and other indicators of washed duck feather.
(5) At present, due to the continuous introduction of relevant preferential policies to encourage imports, the import cost has also been reduced.
The tariff rate is 10%, but now the provisional tax rate is 2%. Thailand and Vietnam, the main source countries, belong to ASEAN countries and can enjoy zero tariff preference.
In terms of value-added tax, it has been reduced from 13% to 11% in 2017. On May 1st this year, it was lowered again to 10%.
