协商订单——货物价格，货量。
签订合同——确认好合同的成交条款，终发货量，货物价格，晚出运船期。
2. 通知国***应链公司对接物流清关事宜
通知国内清关公司，联系国内物流货代准备清关单证。
清关文件：B/L，装箱单，合同，原产地证，质检证书，包装声明等(单证需根据具体的品名，进口***等具体而定
3，鹅毛鸭毛清关流程
换单——去货代或船公司换签D/O。(根据手中提单来确定是到何处换单。HB/L货代提单MB/L船东提单)
电子申报——电脑预录、审单、发送、与海关联系/放行。
报检——电子申报放行后，凭报关单四联中的一联去商检局办理报价手续，出通关单或敲三检章。
现场交接单——海关现场交接单(所需单证请见本板块精华贴)
查验——海关根据货物申报品名的监管条件，与当日查验概率给予查验，如有查验会开出查验通知书
放行——海关放行有以下几个步骤：
（1）一次放行
（2）开出查验通知书或无查验直接2次放行
（3）查验后，做关封后放行。
（4）运输
鹅毛鸭毛运输前需注意是否商检局开具动卫检查验联系凭条。如有动卫检查验，则需提前半个工作日预约。动卫检查验必需去查，逃检所产生的费用是RMB2-5万之间或暂停其单位报检资格。车队需在港区排提货计划，如：港区计划，理货，放箱计划等。一般情况是提前1个工作日排计划。
（5）入库，分销
收货人收到货物后安排仓储、分销出运。将税单送到税务局抵扣***。进口海关监管货物则在其监管期限内不得转让，如需转让则需向海关再次申报。

Release - customs clearance has the following steps:

(2) Issue inspection notice or release twice without inspection
(3) After inspection, it will be released after sealing.
(4) Transportation
Before the transportation of goose feather duck feather, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the commodity inspection bureau issues the contact slip for dynamic and sanitary inspection. If there is dynamic health inspection, you need to make an appointment half a working day in advance. Health inspection must be carried out. (5) Warehousing, distribution
