1、国内进口企业办理进境动植物检验检疫许可证
2、国外客户发货到国内指定机场
3、抽单、提供燕窝国内外相关资料向海关进行申报
4、商检海关分别对货物和单证进行查验
5、海关出税单，向海关缴税
6、口岸商检人员安排现场查货
7、商检人员抽样化验（如遇商检抽检，则有此流程）
8、商检化验结果出来后安排放行
9、国内派送给到客户指定地点
10、商检出具卫生证书后发放给进口商，进口商方才能进行上架销售
