4、提前准备各种进口单据(合同、invoice、原产地证、卫生证等);
5、预付货款，外商发货;或外商先发货，货到付款;
6、到港报检报关，缴纳相关税费，货物放行;
7、进行法检，标签审核，送样或抽样检验;
8、商检局出具卫生证书。
