1.进口公司需到深圳商检局做进口矿泉水收货人备案，获取备案号（须有矿泉水批发证或者矿泉水销售证明 ）。
2.在获取备案号后，到进口商检局做进口矿泉水中文标签备案，申请资料2份[标签审核申请表、中文标签样张纸质版及小于250K的电子版，按GB 7718-2004（预包装矿泉水标签通则）及相关产品标准制作）、原标签及中文翻译件（纸质版及小于250K的电子版）、反映产品特定属性的证明材料等。
3.矿泉水标签做好后，可安排矿泉水提前报检，提供单证：贸易合同/***证、发P、装箱清单、原产地证/合法生产销售证明原件、中文标签检验备案相关资料、输出***或地区关方的检验证书。
4.出具通关单，海关报关，出具税单，进口矿泉水收货人缴纳关税***，海关放行，安排货物进境。
5.货物到达进口口岸后，商检局检务科对矿泉水进行查验和抽样送检，商检查验后过海关通道，（海关如布控，则海关需要查验）
6.查验放行后，货物应放到商检局认可的仓库存放，并加贴中文标签，（可在香港或者国外生产家加贴中文标签）
7.送检结果出来后，合格的签发《卫生证书》，进口商/代理商/经销商/收货人获得合格的《卫生证书》后方可销售使用该批矿泉水。不合格的签发“检验检疫处理通知书”，报检人要求索赔的，可申请出具不合格《卫生证书》。报检人应按照处理意见进行处理
1. The import company shall go to Shenzhen Commodity Inspection Bureau for the record of imported mineral water c***ignees and obtain the record number (mineral water wholesale certificate or mineral water sales certificate is required).
2. After obtaining the record number, go to the import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau for Chinese label filing of imported mineral water, with 2 copies of application materials [label verification application form, paper version of Chinese label sample sheet and electronic version less than 250K, according to GB 7718-2004 (general rules for the label of prepackaged mineral water) and related product standa***, the original label and Chinese translation (paper version and electronic version less than 250K), certification materials reflecting the specific attributes of products, etc.
3. After the mineral water label is completed, the mineral water inspection can be arranged in advance, and the documents shall be provided: trade contract / letter of credit, issuing P, packing list, certificate of origin / legal production and sales certificate, relevant information of Chinese label inspection and filing, inspection certificate of exporting country or region.
4. Issue customs clearance form, customs declaration, issue tax bill, import mineral water c***ignees pay tariff value-added tax, customs release, arrange goods entry.
5. After the goods arrive at the import port, the inspection department of the commodity inspection bureau shall inspect and sample the mineral water, and pass through the customs channel after the commodity inspection. (if the Customs control, the customs needs to check.)
6. After inspection and release, the goods shall be stored in the warehouse approved by the commodity inspection bureau and labeled in Chinese (Chinese label may be attached in Hong Kong or foreign manufacturers)
7. After the inspection results come out, the qualified ones will be issued with "health certificate", and the importers / agents / distributors / c***ignees can only sell and use this batch of mineral water after obtaining the qualified "health certificate". If the inspection and quarantine treatment notice is issued for unqualified products, and the inspection applicant claims for compensation, the unqualified health certificate can be applied for. The inspection applicant shall handle the case according to the handling opini***
