POM LZ750旭化成--For homopolymer POM or copolymer POM, the injection speed should be faster when molding thin-walled or multi c***ity products. This is because the injection molding of such parts requires the system to h***e a good flow performance. As mentioned above, POM melt is a shear sensitive polymer. To increase the flow performance, the injection speed can be increased. At the same time, in the above applicati***, the cooling rate of POM crystal will be very fast, and the surface defects such as wrinkles, stripes and weld lines will easily occur on the products. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the injection speed. When molding the products with larger wall thickness, a slightly slower injection speed can be used to prevent the gas wrapped in the material from effectively discharging due to the too fast injection speed. Relatively speaking, the injection speed of homopolymer POM is higher than that of copolymerized POM.
