POM AW-09日本宝理---POM塑胶原料加工时料筒温度过高,POM的热稳定性差,温度过高或时间过长,均会引起分解,致使制品性能下降,特别是温度超过250℃,分解速度会加快,并溢出强烈刺激眼睛的甲醛气体,严重时制品会产生气泡或变色。而且,由于POM属切敏性聚合物,熔体的流动性在熔点以上对温度变化不明显,而对剪切速率较为敏感,因此,仅靠提高POM的温度来改善其流动性的效果是有限的。在成型薄壁制品时,一般建议采用熔体流动速率较高的POM品级。均聚POM的熔融温度为175℃,由于既要考虑其熔融温度而设定较高的温度,又要尽可能防止其热分解而设定较窄的温度范围,因此可将树脂温度设定在190~200℃。共聚POM的熔融温度为165℃,由于加工窗口相对较宽,因此,在***成型时可将树脂温度设定在180~200℃。
When processing POM plastic raw materials, if the barrel temperature is too high, the thermal stability of POM is poor, if the temperature is too high or the time is too long, the decomposition will be accelerated, especially when the temperature is over 250 ℃, the decomposition speed will be accelerated, and formaldehyde gas which strongly irritates the eyes will overflow. In serious cases, the product will produce bubbles or discoloration. Moreover, because POM is a shear sensitive polymer, the fluidity of POM is not obvious to the temperature change above the melting point, but sensitive to the shear rate. Therefore, only increasing the temperature of POM to improve its fluidity is limited. POM grade with higher melt flow rate is generally recommended for thin-walled products. The melting temperature of homopolymerized POM is 175 ℃. The resin temperature can be set between 190 ℃ and 200 ℃ because a higher temperature should be set c***idering its melting temperature and a narrow temperature range should be set to prevent its thermal decomposition as far as possible. The melting temperature of copolymerized POM is 165 ℃, and the resin temperature can be set at 180 ~ 200 ℃ during injection molding due to the relatively wide processing window.
