Therefore, the requirements of molding process conditi*** are strict, and the design requirements of products and molds are high. In order to reduce the internal stress of products, the products after forming are usually heat treated immediately. PC has excellent molding performance and can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. PC is in high elastic state at 170 ~ 220 ℃, which can be processed by blow molding and rolling. At room temperature, PC has c***iderable forced high elastic deformation capacity and high impact toughness, which can be used for cold forming, cold drawing and cold rolling.
