杜邦公司采用机械共混和接枝共聚的方法开发出超韧性POM/PUR-T合金,既保持了POM的强度和刚性,又提高了POM的耐冲击性,其缺口冲击强度比纯POM提高17倍,达到906J/m。四川大学白时兵等5发现采用以CaCO3为核、PUR-T为壳的PUR-T/CaCO3超细复合粉体增韧POM,其缺口冲击强度大大提高。于建等对其进一步研究表明,PUR-T包覆CaCO3粒子的粒间距达到临界值Tc≤0.18μm,包覆层厚度达到临界值Lc≥0.7μm时,共混POM材料发生脆-韧转变,材料的冲击强度可比纯POM提高数十倍,而且拉伸强度可达30MPa左右。
