性能特点：
（1）长寿命
使用既有耐腐蚀性的特殊铅钙合金制成的栅板（格子体），拥有较长的浮充寿命。正常浮充电情况下产生的气体可以很好的被吸引，所以正常操作情况下不会因电解液枯竭导致电池容量减低。
（2）维护容易
由于浮充电时，电池内部产生的氧气大部分被阴极板吸收还原成电解液，基本上没有电解液的减少，所以完全不必象一般蓄电池那样测量电解液的比重和补水。
（3）高倍率放电特性优良
采用孔率极高的特殊极板，并且端子和电池柱一次成型，因而内阻较小，特别是大电流放电特性优良（1分钟放电情况下，比以前的开放富液式蓄电池提高20％以上）。
（4）经济性好
由于不需要补水及均衡充电，可以减少检修费用及充电机可以简化。不产生酸雾，相邻机器亦不需要进行耐酸处理，所以整体经济性好。
（5）有较高安全性
为预防产生过多的气体，电池装有安全阀。
