复合性能好 双组份PE/PP和PE/PET为皮芯式结构，PE具有较低熔点，作为表层材料，可在较底温度下与其它材料复合。PP和PET相对熔点较高、强力高，作为芯层可保证无防布的强力要求。皮与芯层的熔融温度相差30—130度，温差范围较广，易于生产过程控制。 复合加工方法可采用流延法、超声波、热复合等多种复合方法。 主要应用：妇婴卫生产品，***产品，复合包装材料、服装敷料等等。 Good laminating properties: Bicomponent PE/PP and PE/PET nonwovens are sheath-core structure. The component of the sheath is polyethylene. It has lower melting point. The component of the core is polypropylene or polyester. Just because these two materials h***e higher melting point. So, it maintains the high tensile strength and also has good laminating properties. The melting point of the sheath and core difference between 30 to 130 degrees centigrade. Hence, the production process is easy to control. Composite processing is including cast, ultrasonic and thermal compound method and others.
