3M3125打磨机不带旋转，打磨时的运动轨迹如图(图3)所示。配合3M 466LA 金

字塔砂碟使用，主要用于漆面疵点的去除。3M 3125这种运动轨

迹的设计，避免了旋转打磨（图4）过程中内外线速度不同而切削效

果不同的缺点，配合金字塔砂碟更加提高了打磨后砂痕的均匀一致

性，方便后道工序对砂痕的去除。其高转速（7500转）的特点，能大大

提高打磨效率。这款工具的另一个特点是体积小、重量轻，使用轻巧

方便，在如车门内板等其它工具不便使用的情况下均可轻松操作，特别

适合亚洲人使用。
