◆概述General |

ZGR2 (XRNT4) -15.5变压器保护用的高压限流熔断器(以下简称熔断器)适用于交流50Hz，额定电压15.5KV，额定电流至63A 的高压户内电力系统，作为电力变压器的过载和短路保护。
Type ZGR2 (XRNT4)-15.5 H.V.Current-limiting fuse for protection of transformer(here-under fuse)is a full range fuse,it is ***ailable for H.V.indoor electric system，with rated voltage 15.5KV，rated cu rrent up to 63A，50Hz a.c..It is used for protecting from overload and short-circuit for power transformer．

◆熔断器的结构C***truction |
|
断器是由熔断件，手柄和支持件组成，熔断件的两端分别插入手柄中的接触柱内，并用紧定螺钉固定，插入支持件。
The fuse c***ists of a fuse-link, a fuse carrier and a fuse-mount．Each side of the fuse-link should be inse rted into the connecting-cartridge and fixed by a bolt tightly then put it into the fuse-mount．

◆概述Genera |
|
□XRNT□(ZGR2)-40.5变压器保护用高压限流全范围熔断器， 适用
于 交流50Hz，额定电压40．5KV的电力系统。作为电力变压 器及其
它 电力设备的过载和短路保护。是电力系统中作为电力 压器的过载
和 短路故障的保护元件。主要安装于美式箱变中，可 与其它电器元
件 共箱。当电流超过规定值一定时间后，以它本身 的热量使熔体熔
化 而开断电路的开关装置。

◆熔断器的结构C***truction |
熔断器由熔断件，底座和载熔件(手柄)组成，结构为插入式。
熔断件外形为圆柱形。它由玻纤环氧熔管、触头圆帽、熔体、云母骨架、石英砂组成。
熔断件的两端分别插入载熔件的接触柱内，并用紧定螺钉固定与载熔件连为一体。底座端半圆凹槽内垫上O型密封圈, 将安装熔断件的载熔件插入底座，旋上帽盖，插入及持件。 |

◆支持件（底座）安装方法： |
 |
1、卸下帽盖、手柄，再将将帽盖旋上支持件（防止支持件螺纹受损）。
2、将密封圈套于支持件相应槽内，将支持件小端穿入箱体相应孔（用户根据箱体设计绝缘支架及附件，
绝缘支架***安装，以支撑支持件），支持件上四孔与螺栓相对应，旋紧四固定螺母。
3、移动两可调绝缘契块到契块斜面与支持件面接触，旋紧契块固定螺栓。
4、收紧绝缘扎带（或采用Φ4-Φ5U型金属线材）将支持件与绝缘支架固定，以防支持件受力损伤。 |

◆熔断器的安装 Installation |
|
1、 底座的安装 Fuse-base
熔断器底座的安装示意图见图4，安装面板上开孔尺寸及4只M8螺栓***尺寸见图2，4只M8螺栓是用来固定底座，油箱的密封性通过密封 圈加以保证。
Installation of Fuse-base is shown in Fin.4.The size of opening the bore in the Installation panel and the orientation size of four bolts of M8 are shown in Fig,2.The four bolts of M8 are used to fix the base. Seal washer is used to assure seal capabilitly of oil box.
2、熔断件的安装 Fuse-link
熔断器叫熔断件被固定在手柄中，安装示意图见图5。熔断件安装时，熔断件端面的焊锡处尽可能避开接触柱端面的4只螺钉。熔断体的两 端分别插入手柄中的接触柱内并用紧定螺钉固定，插入支持件。
The fuse-link is fixed in the fuse-carrier,as shown in Fig.5.Solder-covered of fuse-link must shun the four bolts of. Each side of the fuse-link should be inserted into the connecting-cartridge and fixed by a bolt tightly then put it into the fuse-mount.
3.熔断器的安装 Fuse
在底座上端放好O形密封圈，见安装示意图6所示。把安装好的熔断件插入底座，***后用专用拧紧扳手旋紧盖。
The seal washer of O species is fixed on the fuse-mount,as shown in Fig.6.The fuse-link is inserted into fuse-mount. Use a wrench to
tighten casing.

◆熔断器使用注意事项Notice |

|
1、当熔断器正常使用于变压器绝缘油中，周围油的温度上限不允许超
过 100℃。当周围油度高于40℃时，熔断器须降容。
2、当熔断件熔断后，必须换上型号和尺码等参数相同的新熔断件，切
勿 以其它器件代替。在更换熔断件时，发现熔断件的熔管发黄或者熔
断器 绝缘筒内有气雾泄出，属于正常现象。
3、对三相安装的熔断器，除非已肯定仅其中一只承担过故障电流，否
则 即使一只熔断器动作，其它两只均应更换。
4、用户在更换新熔断件时，应同时更换起防水作用的O形密封圈。
1、The upper limit of oil temperature can not exceed 100 when the
fuse is normally used in the dielectric oil of transformer．The fuse’s
capacity must be taken from if the oil temperature exceeds 40．
2、If damaged,the type and main technical data of the replaced fuse-
link must be same completely,not to replace by the is normal
phenomena if fuse-cartridge becomes yellow or dielectric canister
vents inhalators．
3、The fuses in three phase，one of fuses is damaged，the other must be replaced．unless one of廿1em has been known to be breaking operation．
4、The seal washer of O species of waterproof must be replaced
when the new fuse-link is replaced．
